2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Operator agrees to provide the User with access to informational materials and consulting services via the Site.
2.2. The User agrees to use the Site in accordance with this Agreement and applicable U.S. laws, including those of the State of California.

3. Registration and Usage

3.1. To receive consulting services, the User may provide contact details (name, phone number, email address).
3.2. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data and its confidentiality. The Operator is not liable for losses arising from hacking or unauthorized access if reasonable security measures have been taken.
3.3. The Operator reserves the right to restrict access to the Site in case of suspected fraud.

4. Services and Limitations

4.1. The Operator provides consulting services for credit history repair, which are not legal, financial guarantees, or a substitute for services from licensed professionals (attorneys, financial advisors). Users should independently verify information with credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion).
4.2. The Operator does not collect payments through the Site and does not offer services requiring bank transactions.
4.3. The Operator does not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., credit score improvement), as success depends on the User’s individual circumstances.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

5.1. The Operator has the right to:

- Modify the terms of this Agreement with notification to Users on the Site.
- Suspend access to the Site in case of User violation of this Agreement.

5.2. The Operator is obligated to:

- Provide services within the stated capabilities.
- Ensure the confidentiality of User data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, available at linako.co/policy. Users may request access to their data or opt out of its use by submitting a request via email.

5.3. The User is obligated to:

- Use the Site only for lawful purposes.
- Not distribute materials that infringe on third-party rights.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

6.1. The Operator is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Site or services, provided the Operator has exercised reasonable care.
6.2. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted Site operation due to technical failures or actions of third parties.
6.3. The User is responsible for their actions based on the received consultations.

7. Termination of Use

7.1. The Operator may terminate the User’s access to the Site upon violation of this Agreement.
7.2. The User may cease using the Site at any time by requesting data deletion via email: ellinako2024@gmail.com.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Users retain the right to file complaints with the California Privacy Protection Agency (CPPA) or other regulatory authorities.
8.2. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States. Jurisdiction lies with the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, California.
